Thank you for these easy to understand instructions on how to make traditional egg fried rice. I’ve already made it twice in the pastweek and not only is it tasty, but it’s fun to make!

Alex,
After reading your comment, I feel the measurement might not be accurate. I originally wanted to express 3 bowls of rice, using a regular steamed rice bowl as the measurement. I have already updated it with gram measurement.

Hey there just wondering, how much in grams is 3 cups roughly? I tried making another recipe of yours (soy sauce fried rice) and it said 4 cups. I roughly converted it to grams and it seemed like so much more than what was shown in the video and too much for the amount of soy sauce added.

Chris,
For fried rice, high fire is recommended, bringing better flavors to this dish.

But at what temperature did you cook this dish (medium? medium-high?)?

I could probably guess successfully, but I would rather be sure. Thanks!
