DR,
I am sorry that I am based in China so can’t give the answer. I don’t buy pork rind either, just using the leftover one, peeling off from pork.

Is there any brand that you would recommend for the pork rind?

Love this recipe! I made it for Xiao long bao and have quite a lot leftover in the fridge.

How long will it keep for please? Can I freeze it?

I’ve had it spread over toast (delicious) too – do you have any other recomendations for how to use it please as I don’t want to waste it!

Thanks
