Thanks for the message. I don’t shoot videos for this one. Yes, I use black vinegar,1/2 tablespoon is enough. And water should be mixed in the sauce too. I believe that you are in the right procedure.

I cooked it yesterday and it was delicious. Do you have a video version, by any chance?

Also, the ingredients list mention 2 tbsp. hot water, but the method doesn’t. Should I add it at some point?

Whereas the method talks about vinegar in the seasoning. I suppose that’s black vinegar, right? And how much vinegar is that? Is 1/2 tbsp. enough?
