They are very easy to find here in California. Any decent Chinese grocery store will have them.

Abby,
I really want to help but I am extremely sorry I have no ideas about how to ship the food outside China. But I find a good source for you.

Hi Elaine I was wondering if you could buy and sell me the peppercorns from where you get them please, I love in California and ordered some from amazon but they were very expensive and not a lot and also some heaven facing dried chilies and other chilies used in Szechuan recipes, plus the green and pink peppercorns. Thank you so much
Abby

Dark red is the high quality one, avoid dark brown ones.
No there is no need to roast them, peppercorn on the market can be used directly.
