Looks lovely! Have you tried making this soup with canned tomatoes? It is winter here and the “fresh” tomatoes available at the grocery store are neither juicy nor tasty.

Looks delicious but you left out how much water in the recipe. I still plan to make this tonight and I’ll use veggie bouillon plus what water I think is appropriate.
